Not to beat the metaphor to death or anything, but doesn't it typically not work out with that great guy right after the bad relationship because you're hanging all your hopes on him and let's face it, he's just one guy?
I'm hopeful, but the amount of pressure being put on a new administration is actually kind of scary to me.
On a different subject, I see that you are reading Breaking Dawn. My wife is also reading that at the moment (well, listening, because the hold list at the library was shorter for the audio book), and she spends most of her time yelling at the book or telling me how bad it is. I'm not sure if the book is any good, but I'm certainly getting some amusement out of it.
I violated our company dress code today and wore my obama shirt (under a casual blazer). The only comment from my overwhelmingly republican coworkers so far has been from a big-wig who told me, "I'm surprised you are not in a ball gown today." I view it as a small victory and will continue to enjoy basking in the relief that Bush's reign has ended.
Um, NPW, you do know that I actually lifted that from Someecards and didn't write it myself, right? Just checking. I wish I were that clever, but alas, I'm not. :-)
And Craig, so far I think "Breaking Dawn" is the WORST of all the Twilight books (in terms of its writing). Seriously. It is awful. And yet, I keep reading. What can I say... it is the last one.

"Spent all your money"...Oh my. This guy might spend all your money, too. ;)
Hahahahahahahahahaha. It's funny, 'cause it's true.
